What is the ACT?
The ACT (American College Testing) is a standardized college admissions test widely accepted by universities and colleges, primarily in the United States and many other countries. It measures skills in English, Mathematics, Reading, Science, and an optional Writing section.

The ACT consists of:
English (75 questions, 45 minutes)
Mathematics (60 questions, 60 minutes)
Reading (40 questions, 35 minutes)
Science (40 questions, 35 minutes)
Writing (Optional Essay — 1 essay task, 40 minutes)
Total Duration: About 3 hours 30 minutes (with writing) or about 3 hours (without writing).
